Our food delivery service is available within selected London postal areas ( see listing below) and we are currently working to extend it throughout most of the UK. Delivery within London is undertaken by our own vans and trusted couriers. Deliveries outside London will be entrusted to other national couriers with great reputation.
Which postcodes are currently covered?
we deliver Tuesday to Friday by postcode at the moment ( E, EC, N, NW, SE, SW, W and WC ) but if you are a bit too far from us, outside the covered area or outside London we will arrange a delivery by courier. Please note we can’t guarantee a specific delivery date.
UK Mainland deliveries: delivery will be Wednesday to Friday, please note we can’t guarantee a specific delivery date.
You could receive your pack from next day up to 4 working days (based on postcode and delivery availability). We are sorry but we can’t guarantee a specific delivery date or time at the moment but we are working on improving this service. You will receive an email one day before the dispatch.

How soon is the “pacco di mamma” delivered in London?
Orders will be delivered within four working days. We currently cannot guarantee specific days of deliveries. You will receive an email the day before your delivery is due. We are currently working around the clock to make everyone happy and improve our service and to have a more accurate delivery time slot. Please note we deliver Tuesday to Friday.
Can you guarantee a specific day or time?
We are sorry but at the moment we cannot guarantee a specific day and time. We are working on it but we currently inform you one day in advance before the dispatch.
Do you charge a delivery fee?
We sometimes run “free delivery” offers for all or specific products. Please check our website to keep updated, if there’s no free delivery we will charge a delivery fee.
How will my products stay fresh?
We use refrigerated (4 degrees) vans to ensure it arrives in the same fresh state as when it leaves our premises.
In case of unforseen circumstances where our delivery van is not available, we will find an alternative delivery vehicle and will arrange our deliveries plan in order to cover the same area quickly and get the food straight away to you.
What do I do if I won’t be home for delivery? (for deliveries via courier)
Please ensure that we are given instructions if there is somewhere specific you want the parcel left, for example, with a neighbour. We will not be responsible if the parcel is then lost or stolen.
If the order contains fresh food and unless instructed otherwise, the courier company will leave the parcel in a safe place rather than return to the depot. If there is no-one home and the parcel is not signed for, but left in a safe place, the delivery is considered fulfilled.
